1. Dispense a few drops of the essential oil onto your hands
2. Use gentle, circular motion to massage the essential oil into the following key points (listed below, known as the Buddhist triangle 3 calming acupressure points); apply light pressure and focus on any areas that feel tender or tense. 
3. As illustrated in the photo, the Buddhist triangle points are Heart 7 (known as the point of "Spirit Gate", is located on the inner side of the wrist, at the crease where hand meets the forearm), Lung 9 (known as the point of 'Great Abyss", is located on the wrist crease at the base of the thumb, level of Heart 7 on the other side of the forearm) and Pericardium 6 (known as the point of "Inner Gate", is located on the inner forearm, three finger - width above the wrist crease, between the two tendons in the middle)
