Direction

1. Dispense a few drops of the essential oil onto your hands
2. Use gentle, circular motion to massage the essential oil into any or all of the key points (listed below) along the TCM Heart Channel; apply light pressure and focus on any areas that feel tender or tense. 
3. In order of importance, key points along the TCM heart channel to apply essential oils on are Heart 7 (located on the wrist crease, in line with the little finger), Heart 9 (at the tip of the little finger), Heart 3 (located at the inner elbow crease when the arm is bent), and Heart 1 (located in the center of the armpit).
