Chiefs: Ren Shen (Ginseng Root), Shu Di Huang (Rehmannia Root),

Prime Ministers: Bai Zhu (White Atractylodes Root), Fu Ling (Poria), Dang Gui (Angelica Root), Bai Shao (White Peony Root), Chuang Xiong (Sichuan Lovage Root) 

Assistants: Gan Cao (Licorice Root), Da Zao (Jujube Fruit), Sheng Jiang (Ginger Root)

Other ingredients: Organic Cane Alcohol, Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water

Directions

Consume roughly one dropperful 1-2 times per day either: 1) place directly under your tongue, suggest to hold for 5 seconds before swallowing. This method allows for faster absorption into the bloodstream  or 2) dilute in water, tea, juice, food or drinks. This practice is a good option if you prefer not to taste the strong flavor of the tincture.
